We’re opening a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in San Antonio — built for speed, consistency, and quality — and we’re hiring BOH team members who take pride in clean execution and sharp timing.
You’ll be trained on the line and prep stations, working in a high-energy kitchen where every second counts. If you move with purpose, stay organized under pressure, and care about putting out great food, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Cook tacos and other menu items to spec with speed and consistency
Set up, maintain, and break down your station to exact standards
Handle prep work, portioning, and restocking throughout the shift
Keep BOH areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures
Communicate clearly with expo and FOH to maintain service flow
Run food and support service
Wash dishes and organize kitchen
What We’re Looking For
Fast, focused, and dependable in a high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized work style
Able to stay calm and consistent during peak rushes
Open to learning multiple BOH stations
Kitchen or line cook experience is a plus, but not required
